CEPAT project is a five – year program (2012 – 2017) funded by the USAID and implemented by Yayasan Jaringan Kesejahteraan / Kesehatan Masyarakat (JKM).
 
The main goal of CEPAT aims to train community volunteers for advocacy and social mobilization and to mobilize and empower the community to prevent, detect, and treat TB, MDR-TB, and TB-HIV in these three provinces; DKI Jakarta, North Sumatera and West Sumatera Provinces .

Focus on identifying possible TB cases in vulnerable populations, especially people living in urban slums, remote islands, post-disaster areas, the poor and contacts of TB patients and people living with HIV/AIDS, MDR-TB and malnourished people. To build upon our team’s experience and will modify and utilize the tools that JKM has already developed for community mobilization, TB patient support, and community health worker outreach. Will develop and expand community-based models to achieve universal access to TB testing and treatment.
 

CEPAT program has partnership with WESTAT, UI, USU and UNAND with their Microbiology Department. Also work with the local government to change the regulations that are not consistent with the NTP guidance, increase funding and provide better quality TB services especially work and coordination with the health institution in province and district level, coordination with parliament to increase district budgets, public health in province and district level and also work with health stakeholder (cadres, TB patients, TB’s family patients and other community TB group such related INGO and NGO who works with TB program).

We are looking for qualified Indonesian individual who have a passion for making a differences in the lives who can fill the following long term positions:


1. Advocacy Advisor (AA) , 1 (one) position
Based in: Jakarta (JKT)


Main task: will take the lead for overall advocacy efforts and also lead the advocacy effort, and will be responsible for setting up the advocacy plan and conducting activities. Coordinate with the government and legislative bodies about the program, advocate for a budget commitment, and collaborate with the Provincial CODs advocate training/meetings. Reporting and working and coordinating intensively with health institution.

Requirements:

• Health university background, Master degree, minimum 5 years coordination with health government.
• Experience in advocacy and health institution
• Can reporting to supervisor regularly.
• Familiar with health scheme in Jakarta province
• Familiar with office application such as Word, Excel, Power Point
• Minimal passive in English speak

2. Trainer Expert (TE), 1 (one) position
Based in: North Sumatera (NS)


Main task: building the staff skills as a trainer expert, create and keep the program process among the staff. Develop the modules and material training.

Requirements:

• Management university background, Master degree, minimum works 5 years. 
• Experience in building the trainers and motivator
• Reporting to supervisor regularly.
• Create capacity building in term of staff building.
• Familiar with capacity building.
• Familiar with office application such as Word, Excel, Power Point
• Minimal passive in English speak

3. COD Prov. (CP), 1 (one) position
Based in: Jakarta (JKT)

Main task: arrangement the province program, monitoring COD District and collaboration with M&E regarding of data. Coordination and liaison among the health level in government, NGO or other stakeholder. Keep data and contact the cadres.


Requirements:

• Bachelor Degrees with minimum works experience 2 years. 
• Experience in field work and have experience in health section
• Have a good motivator among the volunteers and other health stakeholder.
• Reporting to supervisor regularly.
• Good personality in terms of advocacy
• Has leadership, work in team or independently.
• Familiar with office application such as Word, Excel, Power Point
• Minimal passive in English speak

4. COD District (CD), 1 (one) position in each 4 (four) districts
Based in: North Jakarta (NJ), West Jakarta (WJ), South Jakarta (SJ)
and East Jakarta (EJ)

Main task: will focus on organizing the communities, mapping out the areas in the TB program, finding resources, escorting district TB volunteers, coordinating with the cadres and the TB community, and collecting data from the cadres and submitting the data to the
Provincial COD.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degrees or senior high school (SMU) with minimum works experience 1 year. 
• Experience in field work and have experience in health section
• Have a good motivator among the volunteers and other health stakeholder.
• Good personality in terms of advocacy
• Has reporting skills and regularly meeting with health stakeholders and staffs.
• Reporting to supervisor regularly.
• Familiar with office application such as Word, Excel, Power Point
• Minimal passive in English speak

5. COD District (CD), 1 (one) position
Based in: Mentawai (MTW)

Main task: will focus on organizing the communities, mapping out the areas in the TB program, finding resources, escorting district TB volunteers, coordinating with the cadres and the TB community, and collecting data from the cadres and submitting the data to the
Provincial COD.

• Bachelor Degrees or senior high school (SMU) with minimum works experience 1 year.

6. M&E Asst. (M.E.A), 1 (one) position
Based in: North Sumatera (NS)

Main task: supporting the Provincial CODs and District CODs with data input and reporting to the M&E officer. They will coordinate with the M&E officer to maintain the database. They will help strengthen the cadres and COD staff regarding collecting and reporting data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degrees in Public Health with minimum works experience 1 years. 
• Experience in field work and have experience in health section
• Familiar with data info, regularly input the data into data based.
• Has reporting skills and regularly meeting with health stakeholders and staffs.
• Reporting to supervisor regularly.
• Familiar with office application such as Word, Excel, Power Point
• Minimal passive in English speak

7. Finance and Admin Asst.(F.A.A), 1 (one) position
Based in : North Sumatera (NS)

Main task: responsible for financial and administrative tasks such as petty cash, documentary, arrange ticket and other general affair matters.


Requirements:

• Bachelor Degrees or senior high school (SMU) with minimum works experience 1 years. 
• Experience in finance and administration matters.
• Documenting and maintaining all vouchers
• Has experience in ticket and other admin matters.
• Knows the finance and admin issue
• Reporting to supervisor regularly.
• Familiar with office application such as Word, Excel, Power Point
• Minimal passive in English speak
