#JAKARTA Coffey International - Opportunity for Short Course Coordinator, AAI Program

Short Course Coordinator
Australia Awards - Indonesia

Australia Awards Indonesia is managed by Coffey on behalf of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). Australia Awards are an integral part of Australia’s development cooperation program with Indonesia and have enjoyed strong support from both governments for more than sixty years.
Australia Awards address two key challenges: to fill a gap in the pool of individuals with the higher-level capacity to contribute to Indonesia’s development; and the need for a strong deep relationship based on mutual understanding between Australia and Indonesia.
                        Full-time 8 months contract
                        Based in Jakarta, Indonesia

The Program
Australia Awards Indonesia will manage the Indonesia-Australia Partnership on Food Security in the Red Meat Cattle Sector Program. This program will contribute to building knowledge, skills and technology transfer within Indonesia’s red meat and cattle production sector through offering targeted theoretical and applied training in Australia for high performing graduates yet to be or already employed in the related industry or government sector. The program will increase participants’ technical, managerial and business skills across the fields of production, processing and governance related to red meat and cattle production. The program aims to encourage an interest from participants to expand their professional skill base, knowledge and professional networks in the field of animal husbandry by taking part in the study tour program located in Australia.
