Vacancy - Program Officer - Capacity Building Micro Enterprises, Jakarta

An integrated communication agency in collaboration with NGO and university initiated a capacity building program to supporting for micro enterprises development. The main activities of this program is to carry out a series of training and assistance for micro enterprises. Currently the program is looking for candidates who have the motivation and dedication to fill as Program Officer to be based in Jakarta.
Job Summary:
The Program Officer will be responsible for the implementation of capacity-building program and report to the management and donor. The Program Officer will facilitate a small team on the field who in charge  for implementing the program. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage overall implementation of activities designed to capacity building of the micto enterprise
• Work closely with management, advisor  and field team to ensure that program objectives and work plans are clearly understood and are being implemented in accordance with agreed plans; 
• Manage implementation of program activities, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget;
• Supervise and mentor field officer;
• Provide advice and support on critical program issues to management 
• Support stakeholder liaison with management and partners; 
• Prepare work plans and reports of program activities. Program Officer is responsible for managing the program to run in accordance with the plans and targets set includes administrative support and program

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 graduate 
• One to three years professional experience in social development program/ CSR program
• Must have good communication skills ( oral and written ) and reporting to donors and other project partners
• Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point )Internet and Email
• Be detail oriented and flexible to all tasks given related with the program
• Must be able to work with limited supervision and have proven ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be willing to travel frequently within Indonesia
• Accustomed to field related development work
• Organizing and managing skills
• Team work character
