Lowongan Disaster Risk Reduction Specialist, Peace Building Specialist & Recruitment Coordinator, Jakarta

World Vision Indonesia partners with local humanitarian foundation Wahana Visi Indonesia to implement its programs in more than 40 Program Offices across 9 provinces. World Vision has been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries. We are also part of an active NGO consortium in the areas of advocacy, child protection, health, community empowerment and disaster management.

World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following position :

1.Disaster Risk Reduction Specialist   (Code: DRRS ) 

Location : Jakarta

Major Roles:
To provide technical support to Area Development Programs (ADPs) and special projects within WV Indonesia areas, including initiate and integrate projects related to Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) into the ADPs, as well as to build the capacity of the organization with regards to DRR/CCA (Climate Change Adaptation) programming.

Qualifications:
  • Master Degree in Disaster Management, International Development, Social Works, Development Studies or equivalent, with min. 3 years working experience in Disaster Management / Disaster Risk Reduction; or Undergraduate with min. 7 years working experience in Disaster Management / Disaster Risk Reduction 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written 
  • Good understanding of humanitarian industries 
2.Peace Building Specialist  (Code : PBS)

Location : National Office - Jakarta

Major Roles:
The Peace Building Specialist will maintain and enhance the role and positioning of World Vision Indonesia in advocating for and responding to Peace Building needs in Indonesia as related to WV Indonesia Strategy, by providing overall leadership and technical support to WVIDN’s Peace Building programme, ensuring projects and staff meets performance goals, and increasing  the accountability and quality of the programme.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Social Welfare/Science, Psychology, Human Rights or related field, preferably have a course on Peace Building.
  • Min. 3 years experiences in humanitarian aid or advocacy works, especially in community development / transformational development works (international experiences is a plus) 
  • Literacy in global and national Peace Building issues. 
  • Have excellent interpersonal, representational and networking skills, and cross cultural sensitivity. 
  • Have experience in programme or project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing 
  • Fluent in English, both in written and verbal. 
  • Good communication skills.
3.Recruitment Coordinator (Code :REC)

Location  : Jakarta

Major Roles:
  • To facilitate ‘end to end’ recruitment and selection process also to ensure all recruitment business process, standards, and guidelines are completed and followed in order to be in line with organization’s value and standards.  
  • To manage potential candidate’s database, to equip hiring managers especially at field on facilitating all recruitment and selection process. 
  • To support and equip managers on planning of manpower/human resources based on standard and condition.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology 
  • Have experience in recruitment & selection field for at least 2 years 
  • Good understanding of recruitment & selection process 
  • Have experience in doing Job Analysis and Job Evaluation (preferably Hay Standard) 
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) 
  • Good command in English
