Consultant for Curriculum Development

Our Micro-Coaching program
provides employees with personalized, high-impact wellness and financial
coaching via SMS, supported with Onsite
Trainings led by medical and financial experts. The user-driven program
includes a wide range of financial and wellness themes such as: Financial
management, Savings, pregnancy, early childhood care, and nutrition. Coaching
is paired with referrals for
financial institutions and clinics covered by their insurance. We strive to
provide workers with the tools necessary to turn lessons into actionable
change.
Objective of
consultancy
Under the guidance of the
Communication and Education Specialist, the Consultant will develop thematic
SMS-based Curriculum contents on the issues of finance both in English and
Bahasa Indonesia. The themes will be built upon the analysis of our Baseline
Study and Need Assessment. The consultant is required to develop the contents
based on research and study, with reliable references (all references must be
cited).
Deliverables
Thematic curriculum with 20-40 SMS messages, complete with
learning objective, expected outcome, key messages and assessments.
Qualifications
- University degree in communication, finance, economy or accounting
- At least three (3) years progressive experience in developing curriculum and/or SMS-based messages
- Previous experience working in micro finance and working with BOP individuals on finance is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of social media communication strategy is an asset
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, including excellent writing skills.
