Vacancy Senior Finance & Accounting and Junior Finance & Accounting, Jakarta

Indonesian Institute for Energy Economics (IIEE) is an independent and non-profit organization, focuses its works on energy economics, related policy and the respective implementations.

We are seeking for Senior Finance & Accounting and Junior Finance and Accounting, located in Jakarta with qualifications and requirements:

Senior Finance & Accounting (SFA)

1. Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting;
2. 5 years relevant working experience; with previous experience in finance, accounting and administration,
3. Good knowledge of Taxes
4. Strong computer skills in Microsoft office, preferably has an experience with Zahir Accounting Software;
5. Positive attitude & personality, strong leadership potential, good in communication, is assertive and well motivated;
6. Could work well under pressure and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Good analytical & excellent personal and interpersonal skills, honesty, good self-confidence, independence and consistence; 
8. Has NGO background and understanding US/EU grant is a big plus

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the petty cash fund.
2. Prepare and submits accurate daily cash position report to Zahir Accounting Software and keeps the supervisor informed about fund balance.
3. Prepare financial documentation for all transactions and facilitate approval.
4. Compile, analyze and record financial information to prepare monthly financial report.
5. Maintain and updates cash advance logbook, advice time notices of overdue cash advance  check books
6. Maintain the fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
7. Ensure availability of transaction document such as invoice, assignment letter, accounting forms, etc
8. Implements a systematic filing and retrieval system of documents
9. Prepare tax report and tax payment accurately, in timely manner and in accordance with tax regulations. 
10. Assist Finance Manager with preparation and coordination of audit process.

Junior Finance & Accounting (JFA)

1. Min. D3  degree in Accounting 
2. Min. 2 years of working experience in finance and accounting
3. Strong in accounting and finance including Tax, and other financial regulations 
4. Has NGO background and understanding US/EU grant is a big plus 
5. Able to work with Accounting Software applications and provide analytical reports using the application, preferably Zahir system 
6. Fluent written and spoken English

Benefits :

SFA : A competitive salary and benefits package in accordance to company regulations

JFA : 3.5 - 4 million rupiah per month and benefits package in accordance to company regulations
