AUSTRALIA INDONESIA PARTNERSHIP FOR HEALTH SYSTEMS STRENGTHENING

International Development is the Implementing Service Provider (ISP)
for The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) funded
Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Health
Systems Strengthening (AIPHSS) program. The AIPHSS program is a
partnership between the Indonesian Ministry of Health and DFAT and
supports the Government of Indonesia’s plan to strengthen health systems
and achieve health Millennium Development Goals. The
program’s outcome (purpose) is the improved use of quality primary
health care to improve the health status of poor people in Indonesia, in
particular mothers and children.
We are currently seeking applications for an
Project HR & Recruitment Officer position for this program.
Project HR & Recruitment Officer – 1 year contract with the possibility of extension
HR
and Recruitment Officer will work closely with and support the HR and
Recruitment Manager, ISP team and PMU team. The position is under
management of and responsible to the HR and Recruitment
Manager.
To
be successful for the above position, applicants will be degree
qualified in a relevant field and will need to demonstrate considerable
previous experience in the technical area relevant
to the role. Applicants will need to demonstrate high level proficiency
in written and verbal English and an understanding of the health and
development sectors in Indonesia will be highly regarded.
