The Position
We are currently recruiting a highly talented and motivated Human Resources Officer to streamline our processes.
Position overview:

Streamline recruitment process from identifying positions, creating templates, interviewing, setting salary levels, creating contracts.

Revise staff guidelines.

Manage payroll, including Jamsostek and Medical insurance.

Assist in preparing staff training and events when required.
Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Master degree preferred).

At least 2 years work experience in Human Resources.

Solid understanding of Indonesian labour law and taxation.

Positive attitude, hard working, reliable, motivated, and passionate about social impact.

Ability to perform to a high level under limited supervision.

Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Fluency in English.

Fully computer literate.

Indonesian national.
Location: Ubud, Bali.
