Human Resources Associate (HRA)
Specific Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, 2 years of similar non-profit organization preferred.
3. Certifications/Licensing:
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative software tool (i.e. SharePoint).
5. Demonstrates
a high level of aptitude various computer applications and finds ways
to use technology tools to effectively communicate, teach and share
information.
6. Administers staff development processes and training need responsibilities.
Purchasing Officer (PO)
Specific Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Prior experience in a similar position desired.
3. Typing and basic computer skills.
4. Ability to speak languages relevant to the country.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Assist
the administration function area including but not limited to
purchasing of supplies, equipment, ticket reservations and logistics
arrangement.
