In
Indonesia, Coffey manages the Australia Awards and is currently seeking
application for three (3) HRD Manager positions which will support the
existing team
in the delivery of the Scholarships program.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and work experience; and
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in written and spoken English
Human Resources Development Partnership Manager: COFF-4034
The
HRD Partnership Manager will effectively socialise program enhancements
to strategically engage with priority organisations. Supporting the
high level engagement
of the Australia Awards, Indonesia Director, the HRD/Partnerships
Manager will work with counterparts in priority organisations to build
and understand the need for accountability in delivering outcomes.
Human Resources Development Manager (Regional): COFF-4069
The
HRD Manager (Regional) will be responsible for overall scoping, design,
implementation and monitoring of the HRD activities in line with the
DFAT guidelines
and the objectives of Australia Awards Indonesia (AAI) for a group of
priority organisations and other key partners located in Geographic
Focus Areas. The role will also be responsible for overseeing the
English Language Training Assistance Program and cross-cutting
initiatives (such as gender and disability related activities).

The
HRD Manager will be responsible for overall scoping, design,
implementation and monitoring of the HRD activities in line with the
DFAT guidelines and the
objectives of Australia Awards Indonesia for a group of priority
organisations. The role will also be responsible for overseeing
cross-cutting initiatives (such as gender and disability related
activities) relating to these organisations.
