Yayasan Usaha Mulia Job Vacancies: PR and Development Officer, Jakarta

Yayasan Usaha Mulia (YUM) is a local non-profit organization that has worked in Indonesia for more than 40 years. We aim to improve the quality of life of the poor and disadvantaged in Indonesia. We are currently looking for a proactive and hard-working candidate with great communication skills:

• Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Litterature will be an advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience in the Communications or PR field
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English
• Able to operate MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Internet (Social media)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and contacts with potential company/organization/individual donors and raise funds for the projects/activities of the foundation
• Organize or provide assistance in organizing any fundraising activities i.e., Annual giving fundraising campaign, bazaars, farmer’s market, etc
• Compile and maintain a database of donors
• Organize and maintain fundraising files i.e., proposals, donor report, photos, etc
• Prepare and coordinate materials/article for newsletter/annual report and other publication materials
• Assist other fundraising team members as requested and directed by the fundraising coordinator
• In the course of the work with Yayasan Usaha Mulia, promote YUM’s project activities whenever possible
• Sending the official thank you letter and receipt after got confirmation extension and received of the donation
• Maintain organic farm e-mail regarding delivery order
• Preparing for logistics stuff during camp and Organic farm workshop
