EVALUATION OF ANIMATED MOVIE “SAHABAT PEMBERANI”

Position : Consultant - Animated Movie Evaluator

Background and
Objectives
In 2013, SIAP 1 supports one of
Indonesian State Agency in
developing two episodes of Animated Movie ‘Sahabat Pemberani’ as part of an
anti-corruption education to start corruption prevention during early
childhood.
The
Animated Movie Evaluator position will be filled with an an experienced consultant with a communication, education, or child psychology background to evaluate the
content and distribution from the first two episodes of Animated Movie “Sahabat Pemberani” and its
comparison with another Animated Movie for children in Indonesia, also will
give some advise and suggestion related to the target audience
and distribution method.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
·
Evaluate previous storyline, contents, audience and distribution methods of Animated Movie
“Sahabat Pemberani” Episode 1 and 2 (8 days).
·
Make a questionaire research for potential target of audience related to
contents (3 days).
·
Arrange Focus Group Discussion (FGD) related to story contents and
analyze feedback (5 days).
·
Compare and analize previous approach of “Sahabat Pemberani” with other
animated movie for children in comparison to the children psychology,
entertainment and educational point of view (6 days).
·
Prepare report on effectiveness of
Sahabat Pemberani (3 days)
Deliverables
Report
on quality and distribution effectiveness of Sahabat Pemberani’s first two
episodes, including qualitative data from focus groups and quantitative data
analysis from questionnaires. Report should include detailed recommendations
for further distribution of Sahabat Pemberani’s existing episodes and potential
options for production/distribution of more episodes.
Requirements:
·
Has an experience in psychology, especially
communication, education and / child psychology minimum 5 years.
·
Has
an experience in advising relevant programs.
·
Ability
to share knowledge and experiences about important aspects based on expertise
in communication, education and / child psychology.
