Chemonics
International, a leading international development consulting firm, is working
on an anticipated USAID-funded Regional Development Mission for Asia (RDMA)
Technical and Support Services for Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and
Knowledge Management Services in Asia IDIQ. The $50 million, five-year single
award IDIQ will strengthen USAID Forward Initiatives related to monitoring and
evaluation (M&E) systems in the Asia region and enhance the M&E
capacity of local/regional entities in order to improve management,
accountability and the use of empirical evidence for programming, learning and
adapting. The project will be based in Bangkok, Thailand and provide technical
and advisory services throughout the region. Chemonics is seeking
candidates from Southeast Asia for five positions, listed below.

- Graduate degree in management, international development, evaluation, or a related technical field; or bachelor's degree and five additional years of relevant experience
- Minimum seven years of experience in international development, including experience with M&E of development projects
- Minimum three years of experience as a senior manager, such as project/program director, regional director, or country director

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in staff/consultant recruitment and management, preferably in the international development field

- Graduate degree (preferably a doctoral degree) in social sciences, international development, evaluation, or a related technical field required
- Minimum seven years of experience in international development, including experience and/or technical knowledge in design and management of development projects
- Minimum five years of international experience in design and implementation of performance monitoring for development projects

- Minimum seven years of experience in international development, including experience and/or technical knowledge in design and management of development projects with a gender quality component
- International experience in design and implementation of performance and/or impact evaluation, analyses, and assessments on projects with a gender equality component

- Minimum seven years of experience in OCD, with at least three years of international experience designing OCD approaches; developing roadmaps and work plans tailored to OCD for government and non-government organizations, as well as not-for-profit organizations working on development issues; mentoring and coaching staff for OCD; and carrying out M&E related to OCD
