Save
 the Children is an international non-profit organization that focuses 
on the fulfillment of children’s right. Save the Children was first 
established in May 1919 in the U.K. and to date has 28 Save the Children
 Offices and operations in more than 120 countries worldwide. In 1976, 
Save the Children signed a MoU with the Ministry of Social Affairs of 
the Republic of Indonesia, followed then by the operations of Save the 
Children throughout Indonesia. Currently, Save
 the Children work in 11 provinces with a variety of program areas, such
 as: Education, Health and Sanitation, Livelihood, Child Protection also
 Disaster Risk Reduction.
Now we are looking for positions of :
PROJECT ASSISTANT – EYE PROJECT (Code: PA-EYE), 1 position, based in Bandung
Report to : Project Officer – EYE 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.      
Coordinate with the EYE Project Officer to support project implementation in Bandung.
2.      
Assist
 SMK to improve the quality of their education services, making them 
relevant to the needs of the young people and prospective employers
3.      
Support EYE project officer on data and information from the field activity 
4.      
Support EYE project officer  for making relationship with local government, private sector and youth
5.      
Support the Skill to Succeed program
QUALIFICATIONS 
Essential
·        
Previous successful experience in development projects, preferably in education and Youth development
·        
Previous experience working with local governments
·        
Strong assessment and project design skills
·        
Good knowledge of vocational and informal education context in Bandung
·        
Experience building capacity of and supervising SMK partners
·        
Good understanding of the Indonesia education system
·        
Good communications skills including ability for basic report writing in English
Desirable
·        
1 year experiences working in education, social and economic
