Tuberculosis Foundation (KNCV) is a leading non-governmental organization
working in Global Tuberculosis (TB) Control. KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation has
been active in TB control for over one hundred years both in the national and
international context. As a non-profit organization KNCV is active in over 40
countries in Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia. KNCV Tuberculosis
Foundation is dependent on subsidies from Government and other sources, as well
as private contributions through fundraising. The central office is located in
The Hague, The Netherlands. KNCV Indonesia employs 94 staff members and works
in 10 provinces.
TB
CARE I
The
Tuberculosis Coalition for Technical Assistance (TBCTA) carries out the USAID
funded TB CARE I project. The objective is to “Decrease morbidity and mortality
by increasing case detection and treatment success of pulmonary TB patients in
USAID priority countries”. KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation is the Prime Partner
of TB CARE I.
Responsibilities:
To provide leadership, coordinate and advise on
Human Resources in KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation Indonesia, to build excellence
in people within every department and facilitates staff in fulfilling their
roles and functions. The manager human resources work together with the human
resources officer on all HR responsibilities. He/she will translate
organizational strategies into HR policy and plans.
Job
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate qualification and/or Professional qualification in HRD, Psychology, Leadership or Organizational Development (or Behavior)
- Minimum of 8 years human resources experience, 3 years in managerial function
- Experience in Human Resources (HR Procedure & Processes, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, and Counseling)
- Preferably working experience in non-profit organizations

- Computer literate
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Proven leadership and inter-personal skill
- Analytical skills
- Understanding human nature and behavior
- Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise
- Results-focused - understands what is important to staff and organization.
- Outstanding communication skills - handles complex and difficult situations with thought and confidence
