We are currently recruiting a highly talented and motivated Impact Measurement Lead to improve how we measure the impact of our work.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Indonesian highly desirable.
- Bachelor degree (Masters degree preferred).
- Demonstrated interest and experience in working with metrics and evaluation system.
- Superior English-writing skills.
- Very strong data collection and analytical skills.
- Hard working, motivated, and passionate about social impact.
- Intrepreneurial spirit and professional maturity; ability to work independently, think creatively, learn quickly.
- At least four years professional experience.
- This position is based out of our office in Ubud, Bali. Extensive in-country travel is expected.
Responsibilities :
As
the Impact Measurement Lead you will work closely with the Kopernik
team to develop systems and processes that effectively monitor and
measure the impact of our work.
Specific responsibilities:

- Create and execute a robust monitoring and impact measurement strategy and framework for Kopernik.
- Develop and maintain an organised system of data collection, tracking, analysis and reporting.
- Extract data from a range of sources and perform data analysis in support of Kopernik’s organisational and individual project strategy and donor reporting requirements.
- Analyse results from studies; Determine the impact of various Kopernik programs and generate recommendations for improvement.
- Provide ongoing feedback regarding the effectiveness of Kopernik programs.
- Summarise data and statistical results for reporting to various audiences using narrative, charts, tables (among others) as appropriate.
- Work closely with an international team (management, project, field, operations and communications staff).
- Train staff to conduct interviews and surveys.
