We are seeking expressions of interests from practitioners and experts for an upcoming DFAT funded Disaster Risk Management opportunity in Indonesia. The program, expected to commence in 2014, aims to reduce the impacts of natural disasters on communities, through building the capacities of communities and the Government of Indonesia to prepare for and mitigate disaster risks. If you have 10+ years expertise in one or more of the following technical areas and are committed to making a positive change in disaster risk management in Indonesia, we would like to hear from you:

• Community based disaster risk management
• Emergency management and humanitarian response
• Natural disaster risk analysis / Risk modelling
• Program Operations - for large, complex, multi-stakeholder program.
• Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
• Institutional Capacity Development – Government and or Civil Society
• Gender and Inclusivity
• Information management specialist

Conditions for employment, including rates and allowances, will be as per the Adviser Remuneration Framework for fees and support costs. Personnel employed on our programs must adhere to child protection, zero-fraud, safety and other key policies.
