Conservation International, an international non-governmental organization, is seeking to fill the positionof Field Finance Officer base in Medan.
Field Finance Officer is mainly responsible for day to day financial reporting. He/she reports directly to Sumatera Operation Coordinator. The incumbent is responsible to provide Support for Financial related tasks, Handling Petty cash and all Sumatera staff Travel Expense Report

Field Finance Officer is mainly responsible for day to day financial reporting. He/she reports directly to Sumatera Operation Coordinator. The incumbent is responsible to provide Support for Financial related tasks, Handling Petty cash and all Sumatera staff Travel Expense Report
Responsibilities:
- Handling Petty cash
- Review Travel Expense Report to ensure CI regulation is followed, and adequate supporting documents are attached
- Record Financial Transactions in QuickBook
- Ensure Travel/program advances are cleared in timely manner
- Handling Payment to vendor or third party i.e preparing payment request form and etc.
- Prepare and maintain Financial Document both in soft and hard copy, and deliver original hardcopy to Jakarta Office
- Handling payment of local transport/fee/per diem of participants/speakers/ of event/workshops/meeting etc.
- Collecting information from Sumatera Office Staff related to estimation of expense (monthly budget)
- Work closely with Sumatera Operation Coordinator in processing monthly Report and annually work plan or budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/University/diploma degree majoring in Finance and Accounting, or Economy
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting
- Having experience in handling Petty cash
- Familiar with Accounting System especially QuickBook
- Team player and able to work under pressure and minimum supervision Preferred
- Familiar with NGO accounting system and cycle
