than 50 years and focusing programming effort on health, education and
economic development across transformational development, humanitarian
emergency affairs and advocacy ministries. We are also part of an active
NGO consortium in the areas of advocacy, child protection, health,
community empowerment and disaster management.
World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following position :
Project and Grant Finance Team Leader (Code: PGTL)
Location : Jakarta
Major Roles:
Provide
coordination of project financial report analysis and Grant management
to support effectiveness of the program and inline with organization
requirement. Make sure the finance & accounting integration in
supporting the implementation of LEAP (Learning through Evaluation with
Accountability & Planning), PDA (Program Development Approach -
previously is IPM) and other WV program initiatives, including special
events. Build
capacity building of Finance and non Finance staff in order to deliver
high quality of ministry & ensure Internal audit follow up.
Qualifications:
- Minimal Bachelor Degree, majoring Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant or Financial Analyst / Chartered Accountant.
- 3 -5 Years in NGO Financial management, Grant management, including 3 years in managerial position
- Understand the Humanitarian industry
- Good Analytical thinking, leadership, integrity and collaborative relationship
