1. HR Assistant – HR
The HR
Assistant will work under HR Department to process all daily human resources
activities and documents in an efficient and timely manner for all programs in
Mercy Corps Indonesia.
Qualifications:
- Excellent in both verbal and written English required;
- Highly developed computer skills, including strong familiarity with MS office (Power Point, Excel, and Word) and Outlook;
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply or;
- Experience of minimal 1 year in an international NGO/PVO or an international firm is advantageous;
- Good understand of Manpower law No.13 year 2003
This position will be as temporary staff for 6
months
2. Creative Communication Assistant - Communication
The Creative Communication Assistant will contribute to
create external communication, documentation, and publication material in
relation to Mercy Corps Indonesia. The Creative Communication Assistant will
produce graphic design for program publications, maintain the Mercy Corps
Indonesia external website and other social media accounts, and create both a
resource library and an image (or photo) library for all Mercy Corps Indonesia
projects.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Visual Communication/Graphic Design a relevant field;
- Possess at least 2 years of web design and creative graphic design;
- Proficient in designing and creating user interface graphic, illustration and multimedia assets like rich media;
- Well versed in Flash and Action script/ macromedia flash animation/ dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator are a MUST;
- Knowledge in HTML and PHP will be an advantage;
- Knowledge in social media management and standard video editing is required;
- Strong skill in photography and videography;
- Good command of spoken and written English
This position will be as temporary staff for 6
months
3. National and Corporate Engagement Officer – ACCCRN Program
The
National and Corporate Engagement Specialist will assist the Mercy Corps’
ACCCRN program in Indonesia
to ensure that all program goals and objectives are met, ensuring success in
establishing climate alliance that works to coordinate, leverage, and advocate
UCCR in the national. This position also will organize and conduct national
workshops/meetings on Urban Climate Change Resilience (UCCR) to coordinate UCCR
works and working closely with national stakeholders to mainstream UCCR and
maintaining engagement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Indonesia climate change initiatives and/or urban development;
- Experience in networking and project implementation, and documentation related to Private sector engagement, Development issues, climate change issues, and Indonesian government climate change initiatives and actors;
- BA/S or higher in environmental, social sciences, urban planning/development, or similar field;
- Fluency in English verbal and written communication is essential;
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, SPSS are mandatory.
