This program is also called Asia Calling.

PPMN is an Indonesian non-profit organization established in 2006 to develop media professionalism and to extend access to information in Indonesia and other countries in Asia. It does so through capacity building programs, establishing new media in isolated locations, emergency assistance for media in disaster areas, media content production and book publication.
PPMN is seeking applications for a Program Manager (full time position) Based in Jakarta who will be responsible to provide leadership and direction of Asia Calling program, including:
- Delivery of the Asia Calling component activities, including quality of delivery, outputs and achievements to the intermediate outcomes;
- Review and modify program strategies and ensure coherence with multi stakeholder overall strategy;
- Ensure effective working relationship with Radio Networks and Working Team, USAID and other main stakeholders;
- Develop intervention strategies, including the development of key activities, selection and maintain of implementing partners, and technical adviser;
- Quality of human capital management of the program including the program's staff management, consultant and trainer and implementing partners;
- Take the lead in fostering good relationship with GoI counterparts, other stakeholders, USAID and other development partners;
- Quality of risk management, reporting, and adherence to USAID policies and strategies, i.e. in media development strategy, communication, procurement, asset building and gender strategy.
Recruitment Qualifications:
Education :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, in Social Sciences, Communication, Political Sciences, or related field. Master degree preferred.

Experience :
- Substantial and diverse experience to all aspects of the role described above, including at least 5 years' experience in leadership position in executive or project implementation.
- Excellent representational and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to influence program direction and outcomes through building and leveraging working relationship with stakeholders at national and international level
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to apply these skills to the practical implementation of program in both Indonesia and Asia, including identification of risks, opportunities and ways to integrate other media activities across sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to be self-managing, to travel, and work closely with designated officials and other stakeholders.
Remuneration package:
We offer a total salary of IDR 155.937.500 per annum with benefits.
