Save the Children is an international non-profit organization that
focuses on the fulfillment of children’s right. Save the Children was
first established in May 1919 in the U.K. and to date has 28 Save the
Children Offices and operations in more than 120 countries worldwide. 1n
1976, Save the Children signed an MoU with the Ministry of Social
Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, followed then by the operations of
Save the Children throughout Indonesia. Currently, Save the Children
work in 11 provinces with a variety of program areas, such as:
Education, Health and Sanitation, Livelihood, Child Protection also
Disaster Risk Reduction.
Save the Children is committed in conducting its programs in a way that is safe for children beneficiaries and to help protect children with whom Save the Children in a relationship. As a humanitarian organization, Save the Children is obliged to create and maintain an environment to prevent any sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of children as well as to promote the implementation of child safety policies.
Now we are looking for a position of:
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER – Compensation and Benefit (code: HROCB-JKT), 1 position, based in Jakarta
The post holder will provide appropriate, timely and professional human resources management services to make sure that all the employees who are working for SC are properly processed for payroll, insurance, and Jamsostek. Also, s/he has to ensure that filing system is managed, HR database is developed and updated regularly, and to support the implementation of HR policies and procedure for both national and international employees. The post holder will also handle individual consultant management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct timely and accurate payroll process in line with prevailing procedure and at all times operate with integrity, assuring the confidentiality of information and maintaining records and keeping them secure
* Handle individual consultant management including contract and payment and employee contract
* Ensure that all employee working for SC having appropriate insurance (medical and life) in line with prevailing policy and procedure
* Develop, update and maintain consultant database system that enable to provide summary report as required by HR team
* Update terminal grant calculation to be verified by HR Manager and to manage Jamsostek, and pay on time on monthly basis
* Maintain good relationships with third party and assure that all agreement with them is in line with prevailing Save the Children regulation
* Support human resource management activities (remuneration, Compensation & Benefit survey, etc.) that are legally compliant and reflect Save the Children’s values and principles, including a commitment to non discrimination on the grounds of disability, racial group, religion, gender, etc.
* Manage effort report in coordination with Finance Department
* Manage employee leave, employee attendance report, overtime, compensate-day off, etc
* Ensure that all documents are filed properly
QUALIFICATION
Education and Skill
* Graduated from Finance/Accounting/Administration/Secretarial studies
* Good understanding about Indonesia labor law and tax
* Good computer skill and ability to build integrated HR system
* Good communication skills both written and oral
* Proven administration and record keeping ability and attention to detail
Experience and knowledge
* 3 years experience working in payroll and HR administration in international organization
* Experience in handling contracts and payments
