Communications and Community Development Officer

Workplace Options is launching a new- innovative product that will provide
work-life solutions for factory workers. Currently, in its pilot phase,
this service is seeking a Communications and Community Development Officer
to help manage and roll out the pilot.

This person will be charged with managing multiple stakeholders including,
workers, managers and labor unions. They will spend a majority of their
time working with factory workers at factories. Therefore, they should be
flexible, open-minded and a creative thinker. They will be responsible for
socializing services and collecting results of the service. This person
will report their findings to the product development team.

A strong background in community development or community based research is
a must. Previous experience working with multiple stakeholders is
preferred. A strong back ground in communications is also a strong plus.

Excellent speaking and writing in skills in Indonesian required, similar
skills in English are preferred.

This is a full-time position, with a great deal of room for professional

Location of Office: Jakarta, with many field visits
