Project Coordinator (REF.INT 6392)
Fixed Term

The role:
You will be responsible of day to day implementation of project for both technical and operational activities under the supervision of Oxfam Indonesia Rights in Crisis Lead. You will also need to be hands on in coordination of the work and required supports from other team members and key experts at national and regional level to ensure that it’s being identified and delivered. You will also be required to do monitoring, evaluation, and learning of project, including a clear strategy for learning dissemination at the end of the project.
To be successful in this role you will:
You will need to have extensive experiences in project cycle management, including some experiences in conducting case studies and/or researches, a strong commitment and understanding of gender knowledge and cultural sensitivity and strong background of Cash Transfer Programme in Indonesia and in global level. You will also be required to have proven practical experience in capacity building methodologies, including adult learning. As you will be working with various stakeholders, you will need to have proven relationship management skill and negotiation skills.
