Finance and Administration Manager (Office Manager)

*Job Content (main tasks, responsibilities):
- *Legal*: Review and ensure that all client and employee contracts, payments and receipts, visas and registrations are current and compliant with current regulation
- *Taxes*: Management, tracking, and payment of all required taxes and fees
- *Procurement*: Oversee all office purchases and procurement, including accounts payable, under the direction of senior management
- *Human Resources*: Oversee the solicitation, interviewing, and eventual contracting of new staff when appropriate. Manage and keep track of personnel records, salaries histories, employee benefit payments and use, and related
- *Accounts Receivable*: Manage the billing, tracking, and accounting for all client payments
- *Accounting*: Supervise, monitor and train the accounting staff and their work, manage monthly internal financial auditing
- *Office and Company Policy*: Support the development and implementation of office and company policy when and where appropriate
- *Reporting*: Track and submit monthly status reports, expenses and employees timesheets; Prepare project performance reports, cash flow projections, actuals vs budgeted, and various other reports as required to aide decision making; Coordinate and prepare annual budgets, including operating and capital expenditure budgets
- *Other office support*:
- Day to day office management as needed
- Occasional support in arranging travel for staff
- Occasional support in arranging events, workshops, and similar
- Maintain frequent communication, and including regular meetings, with staff and senior management both in Bali and Jakarta
- Controlling petty cash and expenditures
*Qualifications / Candidate Profile:
- Education: University degree in Business Administration,
- Management, accounting or law or related field
- Five years’ experience in Finance, Accounting and Office Management, including experience as Head in these areas
- Specific knowledge and skills:
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and writted)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Corresponding knowledge of legal techniques and processes (active use on a good level).
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and local tax regulations,
- Advanced knowledge in tax issues and legal contexts,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- A good multitasking skills and able to complete their daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and meeting deadlines
- Experience with multi‐national firms is a plus
- Must be able to work independently and in a team, be willing to take the initiative, work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations
- Should be able to work well under pressure and outside normal hours if required
- Positive attitude
Indonesian Nationality, Preferable someone who already lives in Bali
