The role:
To provide strategic and operational HR support to the Indonesia Programme and to ensure best practice of human resource management are implemented.

To be successful in this role you will:
You will need to have working experience in human resources management and have at least 3 (three) years experience in this role because your task will be providing support and advice to managers on areas of work in the job holder’s remit as well as providing support for and directly implementing operational plans to agreed standards. Analytical skill and problem solving are required to be able to provide solutions to diverse and complex problems. You will also need to have flexibility to anticipate and resolve challenges within stakeholders’ operational context. Second to none, influential skill and effective communication skill are essential to develop and strengthen relationships within Oxfam and with external bodies.
