We are now seeking for highly qualified national candidate to fill in the position of Human Resources Officer, who will coordinate and execute all HR activities within the country program in Indonesia.

We are now seeking for highly qualified national candidate to fill in the position of Human Resources Officer, who will coordinate and execute all HR activities within the country program in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Develop country Human Resources (HR) manual
- As a member of country management team provide inputs to country business planning and monitoring
- Support and advise management team on HRM policies, legal issues, organizational change and personnel matters
- Support and advise Country Director and Line Managers on staff planning based on business requirements and project contracts and management agreements
- Coordinate recruitment and selection activities as per country HR planning and staffing needs to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner with highly qualified staff
- Build and enhance relationships on country level with relevant parties such as recruitment agencies, health institutes, labor departments, etc.
- Support and advise Line Managers on performance management and coordinate annual performance appraisal processes
- Implement, communicate and advise staff on compensation and benefits policies
- Identify development needs of teams/individuals and prepare and implement annual training plan based on HRD policy and available training budget
- Develop and implement the health & safety workplace policies in the country based on corporate guidelines.
- Ensure timely HR data collection and update
Candidate profile
- Strong experience in HR and full understanding of the core processes
- At least 5 years of relevant practical experience at international organisations
- Ability to represent SNV Indonesia on country level for HR matters
- Initiative and creativity in solving problems; ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa)
- Demonstrated and proven record to work in a multidisciplinary team under changeable and complex circumstances
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field
- Indonesian citizen
Contract Duration: SNV Indonesia offers a one-year contract with the possibility of extension and a competitive salary package.
Desired start date: July 2013
