The Annika Linden Centre is a centre of excellence for non profit work
and charity in Bali, Indonesia, opened in January 2013. Y HUB is a
registered Indonesian PT company with a social mission and a social
heart that owns and operates the Annika Linden Centre. We are social
entrepreneurs. Our job is to bring the Indonesian and Southeast Asian
social sector together, to help great Indonesian non profits become even
stronger through networking, training, and strategic support. We work
from the Annika Linden Centre and in the field, in a dynamic

About the Relationship Manager position
About the Relationship Manager position
Based at the Annika Linden Centre for non profit work and charity in
Denpasar, Bali, the Relationship Manager leads partnership building,
fundraising, and outreach efforts to forge a stronger, more cohesive
Bali and Indonesia social sector. The Relationship Manager is a resource
for the local and regional social sector in forging connections,
partnerships, and lasting relationships through the Annika Linden
Centre. This position is funded by the Inspirasia Foundation, a private
foundation with 10 years experience giving in Bali and across Southeast
Asia. The Relationship Manager reports to the Annika Linden Centre &
Y HUB Managing Director.

- Raise funds, build relationships and networks to support the Indonesian and broader regional social sector through the Annika Linden Centre.
- Work closely with the Annika Linden Centre network of non profits and donors in Bali and across Southeast Asia in daily activities.
- Bring groups of non profit leaders and donors together to explore partnerships, increasing the efficiency of the entire non profit sector in Bali and beyond. Foster links and spark partnerships and dialogue between non profit leaders to put the Annika Linden Centre to full use for non profits.
- Build relationships with Indonesian and regional corporates and international agencies to create flow of high quality human resources to non profit leaders.
- Think creatively about potential business and partnership
opportunities for the Annika Linden Centre and partners. Lead
development of these opportunities to maximize use of the Annika Linden
Centre.
Required experience & qualifications
- Indonesian nationality and minimum S1 degree from a top university in business, communications, marketing or related field.
- Impeccable written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia, plus experience working with Indonesians and foreigners.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in business development, project management, marketing, and communications.
- Experience with the Indonesian social sector and solid understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and social entrepreneurship.
- Tons of energy & passion for making the world a better place. Results focused.
- Preferably already located in Bali.
