ESSENTIAL Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains effective positive partnerships with management, employees, and internal and external partners and client base.
- Oversees and administers local national employment activities to include recruitment (when required), Employment Agreements, extensions, and other changes in status.
- Responsible for effective and efficient recruitment processes both internally and externally including working closely with Project HR of assigned hires as well as continues follow up with applications screening, offer sending, and on-boarding.
- Maintaining job titles and allocations for position and job grading control across the board
- Coordinates with Project HR, management and administration staff accordingly with limited and defined engagement in Indonesia.
- Oversees and administers HRIS entry, reporting and compliance for client base in the Projects ensuring accuracy and integrity. Responsible for HR systems support to the RTI Indo and RTI Projects in Indonesia
- Assists in coordinating local national employee benefits programs in liaison with RTI Home Office HR Benefits and Business groups and client.
- Working closely with RTI Indo Finance Department to make sure payroll is executed on a monthly basis with data accuracy
- Working closely with HR Assistant to perform record keeping and clerical functions.
- Coordinates local national compensation programs in liaison with Home Office HR Compensation and Business Groups and client.
- Coordinates and assists with international assignment support services to include on-boarding and orientation, personnel matters,
- Coordinate with Office Manager registration of new hires to benefit lines in timely manner
- Assists in the CCN and STTA recruitment efforts as needed.
- Supports the Senior Human Resources Manager in coordinating regional activities such as due diligence, compliance review of policies, employee handbooks , personnel file compliance within client group, local national performance review, salary structure review, HRIS auditing, capacity building, training, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors within the capacity of his/her field of profession
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ related experience; MA degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of and experience in international and local national HR.
- Working knowledge of and experience in local labor and employment laws and legal resources.
- Familiarity with international development systems and policies.
- Ability to prioritize issues and make recommendations to policies.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion; culturally astute.
- Ability to work independently as well as perform in matrix organization.
- Strong negotiator with ability for partnership and collaboration.
- Strong writing and presentation skills with ability to communicate well within and across diverse groups and perspectives.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and HR systems.
