Terre des Hommes Netherlands Regional Office of Southeast Asia which currently supports local organizations in 6 countries, is looking for a Finance and Administration Officer in charge of office finance and administrative tasks.
The Finance and Administration Officer shall be based in Jakarta. S/he will be responsible to the Regional Finance Manager and provide support to ensure that the finance administration of regional office and national offices are done effectively and efficiently in line with the finance and administration policies and accounting principles. This position is a local position for which local remuneration and secondary benefits apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing financial report of regional office, as well as reviewing the financial report of country offices in compliance to the accounting principles and Terre des Hommes Netherlands financial policy;
- Cash management, including maintaining and recording cash and bank transactions into the accounting system;
- Monitoring the operational budget spending in relation to the approved annual budget;
- Preparing salary administration of local staffs and expatriates, including tax, social security benefit, and pension fund;
- Assisting in internal and external audit audit preparation, data providing and audit report reviewing;
- Maintaining database administration of finance related documents.
Qualifications, knowledge and experience
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of accounting systems, audit, office management and information technology
- Knowledge of tax law and regulations;
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in finance and administration position
- Fluent in oral and written English;
- Competent team player, conscious about different cross cultural values, gender sensitive and child focused.
