Wahana Visi Indonesia is a local humanitarian organization that implements most of World Vision programs in Indonesia. World Vision is one of the world’s largest international Christian humanitarian aid organizations. It has been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing on programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries.
Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position:
Team Leader for USTAR (Code : USTAR)
Location : Surabaya
Major Roles:
Responsible for to lead project assessment and design of the Urban Pilot Project by leading team in research, documentation, refinement, adaptation and sharing of innovative tools models, and also responsible for managing day to day operations, working with multiple stake holders internally and externally.

Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Urban Studies, development studies, social sciences or related field
- Min. 3 years experience in Design Monitoring and Evaluation process and research
- Min 5 years experience in development programs (preferably Urban)
- Good Leadership and analytical skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
