Social Marketing/Program Officer – East Java Province
SM/ProgramOfficer, s/he will be responsible to manage social marketing and technical assistancestrategies and activities in Surabaya;provide guidance to market intelligence activities to ensure results are utilized to improve availability, access and visibility of condoms and lubricants to most at risk populations through various sources and outlets.
Social Marketing/Program Officer – East Java Province
SM/ProgramOfficer, s/he will be responsible to manage social marketing and technical assistancestrategies and activities in Surabaya;provide guidance to market intelligence activities to ensure results are utilized to improve availability, access and visibility of condoms and lubricants to most at risk populations through various sources and outlets.
Provide technical assistance related to condom social marketing, prevention and behavior change for relevant partners in East Java Province, including government counterparts, health centers, community organizations and private sector. S/he will coordinate with CO on the implementation of CSM strategy and workplan.
Minimum Requirements: degree in relevant discipline, preferably marketing, social
sciences, public health, or communications. 3-5 years’ experience with commercial or social marketing or health behavior change interventions. Professional-level knowledge of and technical skills related to consumer behavior, retail, promotion, communication, consumer research and behavior change strategies. Experience related to HIV/AIDS or sexual
reproductive health. Commercial marketing or market research experience is viewed as a plus. Must have excellent communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English, and be available for frequent travel to project sites.
