Cipta Cara Padu (CCP) Foundation a nonprofit organization has the technical expertise on behavior change, capacity development, communication strategy, reproductive health, clinical training, and research. The creation of CCP Foundation is the result of the donor assisted programs implemented by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health/ Center for Communication Programs in Indonesia.
CCP Foundation’s vision is to improve Indonesian’s quality of life through strategic communication for social development and health quality improvement. Our expertise focuses on health communication for social and behavior change that is based in theory and research that covers a wide spectrum of health and environmental issues including water, sanitation and hygiene, safe motherhood, child survival, family planning, reproductive health, infectious diseases and environmental conservation.
The Foundation is seeking to recruit a Finance and Administrative Assistant to be based in Jakarta to be responsible for various finance and administrative tasks towards the implementation of program activities under the Foundation. The Finance and Administrative Assistant will report to Finance & Administrative Manager.
Criteria: The Finance and Admin Assistant must be an Indonesian national, and should have relevant administrative and financial experience. The ideal candidate will have strong English language skills (written and verbal), and experience working with USAID or a USAID partner.

The Foundation is seeking to recruit a Finance and Administrative Assistant to be based in Jakarta to be responsible for various finance and administrative tasks towards the implementation of program activities under the Foundation. The Finance and Administrative Assistant will report to Finance & Administrative Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to Executive Director, Program Director, Finance Manager and Program Officer in developing budget (i.e. activities budget, annual budget). Provide support and second reviews;
- Assist in routine finance office work, including handling banking transactions, booking hotels and air tickets, maintaining petty cash account and report to Finance Officer, prepare & collecting expense vouchers and invoices so as to complete monthly vouchers;
- Review, process, and monitor purchase requisition, invoices, check request, and provide support to determine need of procurement and type of procurement. Review documentation (the process of bid selection) and negotiate with vendors if necessary;
- Review travel expense reports and advance liquidation submitted by staff and consultants to ensure accuracy;
- Provide administrative support in maintaining financial management of CCP Foundation Office i.e. assist program team on daily activities, organize meetings/trainings/workshops including logistic, venue, travel arrangements, documentation of activities, prepare official letters & documents, and arrange for their distribution as required;
- Maintain files and records related to Finance & admin documents and audit proceduresAssist in auditing process Ensures that financial management and administrative systems are conducted according to CCP Foundation and donor regulations, standard operating procedures and good business practices;
- Work to resolve financial, contractual, and other types of problems that arisePerform related duties as assigned by the Finance & admin Manager (or her designee).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Financial Management;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in finance & administration area with NGO or International NGO strongly preferred;
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures;
- Knowledge of USAID policies, procedures, rules and regulations is an advantage;
- Good oral and written communication skills (English & Bahasa), and ability to develop good relationship;
- Able to work effective, efficient, meticulous, and neat under highly demanding situations with minimum supervision;
- Able to complete multiple tasks efficiently and attention to detail;
- Able to manage priority of activities and assignments and make necessary adjustments as required;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application especially Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Experience to operate MYOB accounting system would be preferable.
