The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a
multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support Indonesian
initiatives aiming at supporting governance reform agenda. The
Partnership works closely with national and international community to
initiate, advocate, and promote sustainable governance reform in
Indonesia.
The Partnership brings together the Indonesian Government, Legislature, Judiciary, Civil Society, and the Corporate Sector with the support of the International Community in initiating a long-term process to improve governance in Indonesia in a durable way which expresses Indonesian ownership.
Currently we have immediate vacancy for high caliber Indonesians with high integrity to fill the following position:
Junior Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Organizational Context :
Under the guidance and supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, the Junior PME Officer is responsible for supporting the implementation of PME system and management in order to provide qualified support to Kemitraan in controlling its projects and or programs.
The Junior PME Officer in cooperation with PME Team members will ensure effective implementation of ongoing monitoring of Kemitraan’sproject/program. He/Shewill work in close collaboration with the Program Unit or Project Management Unit, as well as other relevant operations team. He/she will be responsible forensuring the appropriate documentation of PME, availability of up-to-date data and information of the projects/programs, and provide technical/professional assistance to conduct effective monitoring and
evaluation.
Summary of key functions :
1. Filing and administering incoming and outgoing project documents.
2. Leading data and information documentation and management.
3. Overseeing the effectiveness of utilization of PME instruments.
4. Effective support to PME Unit in conducting effective Planning Monitoring and Evaluation
Recruitment Qualifications :
Education and Skills :
Minimum Bachelors Degree; knowledge of data and information documentation and management; understanding of PME scope of work; humble in character and patient in listening to stakeholders/partners; able todevelop relationships and work closely with the Project Management Unit, Government Officials, and Partnership staff; excellent report writing skills; good
ICT skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point).
Experience :
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in supporting program planning, implementation, monitoring and/or reporting; experience and skills in dealing with partners, multiple stakeholders such as key government agencies, civil society organizations, social-political figures, and grassroots communities.
Language Requirements :
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
