Chemonics seeks a short-term Training Needs Analysis Specialist for the USAID-funded Indonesia Marine and Climate Support project in Indonesia. The project aims to sustainably manage Indonesia’s marine and coastal ecosystems.
The Training Needs Analysis Specialist will pilot test a set of standardized TNA guidelines that is suitable for institutionalization by BPSDM-PUSLAT in the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF).

The Training Needs Analysis Specialist will pilot test a set of standardized TNA guidelines that is suitable for institutionalization by BPSDM-PUSLAT in the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF).
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct focus group discussions and follow-up meetings to facilitate assignment implementation.
- Pilot testing of TNA guidelines in selected directorates of MMAF in collaboration with BPSDM-PUSLAT personnel.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience conducting training needs assessments and experience advising central or local government.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written, to fulfill the technical and managerial responsibilities proposed.
- Strong English writing and speaking skills required.
