Currently we are searching for a qualified candidate to fill the position of:
BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (BASED IN BALI)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the Finance and Administration staff with data entry, administration and office procedures.
The Bookkeeper/Administration Assistant is responsible for coordinating office related tasks including purchasing and maintaining office equipment, front reception area, office supplies, filling system and meeting and travel arrangement.
The position requires a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, as well as purposeful attention to detail, timeliness and work organization.
FINANCE
- Data entry ; assist with entering data entry in quickbooks and excel for; Personal, Consulting, STC Pte Ltd, PT. STC Indonesia.
- Follow-up with company staff and consultants to insure accurate information exchanges and postings.
- Review information presented for reasonableness and inform supervisor of concerns.
- Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- Make journal entries by company.
- Assist with banking matters including reconciliation of accounts.
ADMINISTRATION
- Make hotel and flight reservation
- Answer the telephone
- Maintain filing system of company
- Supervise maintenance of office equipment ; Printers, computers, phones, fax
- Service help desk
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Finance/Accounting, Administration from accredited college or university, 2-3 years of related works experience or equivalent combination.
- Ability to conceptualize transactions and implement accounting procedures.
- Must be able to challenge current practices and offer creative, efficient and cost effective recommendations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia accounting principles, practices and regulations.
- Familiar with the Quickbooks application, Ms. Office and Internet.
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail, to keep accurate financial records and to prioritize effectively and work accurately under time constraints using initiative and judgment.
- Good knowledge and experience in administration, procurement and logistic, travel and meeting arrangement
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to work well with people.
