A Project Management Office established under the Indonesia’s highest judicial authority to support the implementation of 2010-2035 Blue Print for Reform is seeking a creative, dynamic, high spirited, team-player, reform-committed individuals with high level of integrity to join our team as
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Working together with the reform consultants to provide support to the leadership of the reform team, the administrative officer will be responsible for handling office management, financial management/report, cash management, event/schedule management, procurement, liaison with some senior State Officials in the judiciary system and conducting other tasks as required.
The candidate must have at least Bachelor’s degree in social science or management, excellent computer skills, fluency in written and verbal English with at least 3 years of related experience in office management/administrative support, preferably in donor funded
project. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The candidate should be able to work under a demanding and target-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will be awarded with 1 year renewable contract. Negotiable remuneration rate is according to proven salary history.
